The "Better Battlelog"

Hi, I came across this site called bf3stats.com which is intergreted with "better battlelog". Are these service also provided by DICE and EA? If not, does that mean they are not official? Thank yo...

This is an unofficial stats site unaffiliated with DICE\EA but many in the community successfully use it and better battlelog.
