There's currently a tie between BF4 and BFV over which Game has offered me the most epic , epic 'Only In Battlefield Moments' .
I might even have said that V has the lead but then . . .
Bailed from my shot-up Scout Heli last night just in time , BOOM , fell to earth right in the middle of lots of Enemy Tanks , OH NO , opened the chute at the last second to stay unnoticed , OH YEAH , safe and sound and now on the ground , BOOM! , Scout Heli wreckage crashes down like a foot or two away from crushing me and takes 10 off my HP . . .
In my books , definitely a qualifying 'whoa' moment . (silver-lining-of-sorts : Tankers subsequent shell could only deliver -90 damage)
. . so yeah it's a tie , and since I Play both rather regularly I can't really see this 'Moments war' swinging one way or the other .
What I do see though , given BF's historic propensities for delivering these Moments , is the very real possibility of the New Battlefield smashing this stalemate to pieces .
Likely spurring this vision is the possible future 'Moment' where I'll be panic-firing upon some charging 'Darpa-dog' running at me .
Even from here , I'll doubt very very much that it just wants to smell my hand .
