I have the same issue on a server I have rented for a year. I talked by phone with support and they could not do anything to help. It seemed to be outsourced support and they have no access to the servers. Everything worked great until last week but now I can't make any changes to the server. My account is linked to MS and all settings are as I suggested in my answer to you. I'm getting frustrated.
I have this issue too and cannot access my server too.
A friend of mine had this issue and manage to get in, but it looks to be very random. What he did is go to his server, change up whatever options/rules you want on the server to be, and hope for the best. If you got the issue, then you would just sit on the screen (invalid server name screen) and try again after some time has passed. I cannot say this will work for certain since I was unable to do it, but it might work for others.

I already got refunded on my server that already expired, so I don't want to renew to test this, again. But if someone else resolved this issue by what you said, I might rent a longer-lasting server.

Same issue here. I’ve paid for two rentals just in case my first one was bugged but it’s the same on both.
Spoke to a very useful Twitter operator called Dan who told me he’s raised the issue with DICE so hopefully it’s sorted soon.
