too young message

I recently bought Battlefield 3 largely because I had heard so much about the excellent multiplayer. When I put the disc in and went to the multiplayer I received a message saying that I am too young to play. I have talked to xbox live support who told me that they had my birthday correctly as October 4, 1990. They told me that the problem must be with ea. I have been on the website and have found nowhere that a birthday can or has been entered on my account and no real way to solve this issue.  I tried linking my gamertag from xbox with my ea account by downloading a demo but had no luck there either. If anyone has a solution please reply otherwise I will be returning the game and staying away from ea games in the future.

  • I think you need to talk to EA Customer Support as well.

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.

For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.

I think you will have to make a new EA account.
