EA StaffPlease try this: Open the settings menu on your PS4, select PSN and then Restore Licenses.
This should re-download and apply your licenses which should hopefully restore Premium on your PS4.

EA StaffPlease go into Battlelog on your computer and change the active soldier to your PS4 soldier. Then go back into the in-game store in Battlefield 4 on your PS4 and check for Premium again. If everything works fine it should be available as a free download.
I believe most of the asian players are having this issue, i have been battling with game advisor and i followed every single step they told me to and still have not got it fixed. my case is transferred to Specialist team and got reply from them however, problem still exist, it has been 2 weeks and still got nothing done. Is EA really looking at this issue? because most people in Asia region are encountering the same situation.

I did activate the ps4 soldier yesterday however the problem still occurs.
in the in-game store the premium membership is still shown as to be purchased instead of being able to download it for free

Have you tried after doing the stat import going into the PS4 BF4 store to the premium tab and buying Premium again for "free"? I had to do that on my Xbox One even after I transferred Premium. Battlelog saw my Xbox One soldier as Premium like in your case but before my game would see that I'm Premium I had to re-download the premium file from the BF4 in game store. Try that and get back to us.
We Asia players did not get Membership Transfer from ps3 to ps4 and need pay extra to get premium on ps4 and their no see us as premium membership.

when i enter the PS4 BF4 in-game store, the premium is shown to be purchased for full price.
im afraid if i press buy i will literally buy it again in full price instead of having the game being able to detect my premium status in battlelog and let me download it for free 😕mileyembarrassed:
It paid me with for full price premium not the free download . After that battlog show me the Premium Membership atfer paid , now i has two Premium Membership in one account.
