Tried to create account for my son, then lost access completely to my own
My account (BadgerDoc88) has been online for years.
My son who is now 11 is starting to enjoy playing games with me. Today I tried creating a child account for him so he can join along - Per EA, I had to do so with an adult e-mail address. I used (mistakenly I think?) the same e-mail address of my primary EA gamer account.
At first, I could not find a way to get my son access via EA or xbox (I gave him full game permissions) to play online on BF1. It kept saying access denied. I figured because of age - so I tried granting him all the permissions I could find.
Then when that failed, I tried to login to MY adult BF1 account and play online, but now it is giving my personal adult EA account an "Access Denied" error without further details. So, now I can't play. I'm not sure if it is because I created a kid account under the same e-mail - although EA requested a parent e-mail.
I've spent a TON of time tonight trying to get ahold of EA support without any success. Any ideas? I can't find a way to delete his EA account to start over.
Thanks!
