Trying to link Xbox One Battle log with Battle log account
In game battle log is unavailable and can't view, edit or set clan tags on soldiers on Battlelog.com

Looking at your profile, i see an Xbox one ID linked, what shows up on the following page when logged into your account? http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/profile/edit/edit-soldiers/ It should show up like this there. (Make sure you are logging into the correct account)
Also please keep in mind the in game battlelog currently isn't working, no ETA on a fix for that yet unfortunately.
