Ultimate Kit pack on battlefield 3

When I purchased The ultimate kit pack on battlefield 3 it will not download all the way. The file size is 108kb and only 56kb will download, i have 1.2g free space so it should all fit. Now due to only 56 of the 108kb being downloaded i am not getting everything in the kits or all the kits. How do i fix this problem because i do not want to be out 2000 microsoft points. (added note im on xbox)

Hi there!
You can't get parts of the download since you need the all content files before you can use it. If you can use the weapons/gadgets then there is no problem.
