Ultimate Shortcut Bundle problem

It's been more than 48 hours.  Nothing happens with my purchase.

I want my money back.

I already did. and she told me:

Kevin I really suggest that you contact your 3rd party retailer about the shortcut bundle you purchased from them as I cannot see too that it was activated on your account.

Then  I spoke with Microsoft and they told me that everything is ok with them and they suggested to me to speak to AE. I told whit Origin Help Center but they do not solved anything.

At this point does not matter, I understand that they stole my money and that is why I passed to COD. Activision responds to what I pay.

Go through X-Box/PlayStation to solve the problem. I was offered (and accepted) a refund after spending over an hour going through random troubleshooting methods unsuccessfully. The shortcut kits are broken on consoles. EA/DICE have been "working on it" for over three weeks now.

And the unlock kit has not yet been applied to your account. You should contact a game advisor. Be advised that you're already unlocked most of what is covered by the Ultimate Shortcut bundle since the bundle does not unlock any weapon attachment or assignment weapons from expansion packs. You are better off buying individual shortcut packs such as the aerial shortcut kit.

Regarding the ability to service your request, EA cannot access your profile on the PSN or Xbox Live to give you credit for digital purchases made to another company such as Microsoft or Sony, but they do have the ability to apply the unlocks to your soldier.

What's your source for this claim? I've spoken with numerous reps from both, EA and Sony, and neither could apply unlocks to a player profile. Perhaps I needed to be elevated to the next level where techs had administration rights on player profile. /s

I bought it 24 hours ago, via debit card, in a half price sale and it's only just activated.

I play BF4 infrequently, to be fair, and I play it on a PC.

Steam doesn't have the same issues. You pay for something it's right there.

Pull your finger out EA. People think you're stealing their money.
