Unable to begin BF4 beta preload

i bought the deluxe edition 1 hour ago... and nothing, no email, no image of beta, no pre-load, what what ca i do?

mine says "battle field exclusive beta 4 will release  on october and cannot yet be played" and is 3:03 AM  october the first now what the hell?

I also had this issue and i was told that due to the large number of people trying to pre-load the game that the avaliablity was staggered to avoid server issues, I was able to pre load this morning(17 hours after it was suppose to be avaliable).

Keeping in mind this is a beta so this sort of thing almost always happens.

Will preload be available to open beta players?

Close Origin (remove it from memory - icon on right side of the taskbar must be cleared) And restart it.  Then you will have the option to Preload.

i got premium yesterday it showed in my library then it dissapered
