I've tried your approach, but it didn't helped me, unfortunately.
Is it possible to ping Battlefield 1 servers for PS? I'm guessing it is networking issue, since EA support checked my account and everything seems fine.

Community ManagerWe should try bypassing your normal connection. As a test, can you switch your console's connection to a mobile hotspot and see if that works? Be sure to power cycle your console after making the switch.
Tried that just now, with and without VPN, but didn't worked.
Contacted my internet provider as well, they reset my whole connection to internet, but it didn't worked too.

When are you losing connection? Is it happening in the middle of matches?
When I start a game. Just can't get connection. I have this issue for three months now, therefore I switched to PC for a moment
