unable to play after installing bf3 premium

Ive been playing bf3 with ni issues for a long time finally decided to get the expansions with the bf3 premium download and install seems to go ok and when I click the shortcut to play it takes me to http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/ page but when I click on multiplayer it takes me to the page with the filters on and server browser but nothing seems to work on that page I cant click any of th filters or join any servers????

PLease help

Ive already tried the repair install and un installing then re installing the game (which takes hours!!)

I have a top of the range alienware gaming pc so spec shouldnt be an issue and never was before I installed the premium (note not premium edition )

Any help would be much appreciated
