unable to play free games
I have created an EA Origin account,but is unable to play games as very time it tells me to install a browser add-on that nver downloads nor installs.I need help on this issue.

Hi, I'm a little confused about your question "unable to play FREE GAMES'.
But for the browser plugin problem try this:
-clear your internet cache and close your browser. Then reopen your browser and return to the webpage and try to play.
-If it still doesnt work try a different web browser.
- That depends on which games, are you speaking of battlefield play4free or battlefield heroes or are you unable to play games via battlelog due to a plugin issue/
My first recommendation matches poohstick's try another web browser.
