Take into account that AHQ is not EA Support. We cannot change anything from here. We play the games and use the forums here to discuss EA Games. We can sometimes help on some things, but never when it involves your client account. All of that is strictly EA Help Center's Game Adviser territory:

ok, so for the past couple of day ive been thinking about getting the BF4 Digital deluxe edition. i have finally chosen to do it. and now it seems theres a problem. i am getting bf4 digital deluxe edition with premium which comes to £94.98 on origin. and i get this error: We're unable to process your payment right now. Use a different payment method or try again later. [ref. #10048]. i have retried several times and tried a different creditcard. and it still hasn't worked. i need an answer to this, and as you could guess at the time of this post im in a hurry.

Unfortunately, we are unable to address billing related issues on Answer HQ, and you'll have to speak with a Game Advisor.
To speak with a Game Advisor, visit the following link (https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask), type in your issue, fill out the required fields and hit "Find Solutions". If a relevant article does not appear, scroll to the bottom and select "I Still Need Help". From there you will be given the available methods of contact. I hope this helps!

Estou com o mesmo problema e a única solução que vocês me dão é ligar para um telefone de fora do meu país.
Aí fica complicado.
Como posso resolver um problema sem ter que gastar centenas de dinheiros em ligações intercontinentais?

I tried to order with multiple credit cards, multiple times on several computers and it keeps throwing an error code telling me I cannot purchase at this time, try again later.
Is the system down or something? I want to spend $119 on the whole thing, and I can't? Help?

Is the Credit card processing down? it says exactly:
"
We're unable to process your payment right now. Use a different payment method or try again later. [ref. #10048"
Same issue, tried different cards, paypal, etc. Support is of no help whatsoever, they even closed my ticket regarding the issue. Clearly the error is on their end.
