Unable to unlock hellriegel

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Unable unlock Hellriegel 1915 Factory. I am the required assault rank and this is shown in the companion app and in the menus. In game it says I am level 9 and I am gaining no experience.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to unlock hellriegel
Please select your region Australia
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number
Enter RAM memory size in GB

    Yours appears to be a unique case, but they should be able to look into it. 

    It's worth intermittently checking the bar on the customize page for your Assault, in case it does come unstuck on its own.

    @uG-PineappleBld Hi, there was a bug when the game first launched that caused players to level their class rank faster than intended. 


    The in-game rank should be the accurate one, can you play a few more matches as assault and check if you're earning XP?

    Hey @EA_David thanks i know this happened but I am gaining no experience for the assault class even after 10+ games as only assault.

    Thanks for the update. Do your other classes progress? If you try to make the purchase through the Companion app does that work?

    Hey @EA_David all my other classes seem to be levelling. Companion app says that I am fully levelled but when does not allow me to purchase above level 0

    @uG-PineappleBld Thanks. I fear that I may need to refer you to support, but I'd rather check for caching issues first. 

    Do you have any other friends nearby who have the game installed? If you log into your account on their system do you see the same issue?

    This is happening to me it says that I am rank 10 on the companion app but in game it says I'm rank 9 but my exp bar doesn't increase but my other classes do

    I'm having the same problem with the support class. Looks like others are too. I told support but they sent me a blanket email saying look for the next update. No point in playing though if we can't progress. Companion app says in lvl 10, game says I'm 9. Been that way all week.

    It's not a unique case, I am suffering the exact same problem.
