Good luck to you and your "island".
I can understand the frustration but they are working as hard as they can to fix what may or may not be wrong.
There already is a lawsuit, or was. Last time I heard they just need to find someone who was directly, largly impacted financialy by the games failure and companies lies.
I also hate to tell you, but this post will be locked and most likely not seen by anyone of importance. At least that is what I've been told here for a similar post I made. I feel the same way you do but I think its over, give up and move on. They will not change and next patch, if there is one, will be very minor and at most only fix what they broke last patch. The fact that it has taken them this long to fix things tells me that they can't. The base product was probably so unorganised and poorly made that most bug smashing would require spending their profits. God for bid they lose money.

I just want my money back. They did not let the consumers know that the quality of the game was in such critical condition, which prevented paying costumers like myself from making an informed decision as to whther to buy the game or not. This is a clear violation of consumer law and is known as 'false advertising' which in the latter years after the first decade of the 21st century has ben a defining charecteristic of EA. If I won't get my money back then I'm more than fed up with them. They are losing costumers left and right, people swearing they will never buy another EA product again, and so they are already losing their profits to fixing issues that don't get fixed, lying about the quality of the product and therefore lose money from lawsuits and loss of costumers which prevents any future profts. In 5 years time or maybe a little more, the company will be bankrupt.
