Hey @Jack_andabox,
Have you tried running Origin as Administrator, and the Battlefield 1 exe file in Program Files as Administrator?
You can also try uninstalling/reinstalling Origin:

As a last resort, I would try uninstalling/reinstalling Battlefield 1 to see if the notification goes away.

you are on a PC BF1? These updated have happened a lot the last few months maybe you have been unlucky to get once every time you have logged on. If you preform the update does it allow you to play the game normally? Also after you exit the game it should not return for at least a week?
