The voice chat on battlefield hardline has been broken since the beta on the playstation 3.

I have the same problem with 2 headsets!!! a cheap for 30€ and a expansive for 180€ in other games both work very great

When I posted that I thought it was official.. but it is not. That twitter account isn't official.
I would say it is safe to assume they are aware though and that list likely is a list of things they are aware of.. just it isn't officially put out by the devs. So you are aware.
