as stated before. none of these help the situation. and why anyone should have to download and try to install any thing after a fresh download of battlefield 4 is mindless. the game will not work on windows 10. and EA need fix this. if you look deeper into this error it is not the only time this error has shown it's self.
these two links are older than the one's i have installed

yes i have tried them and yes they both fail
and this one https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 has issues @ even starting to download.
and my shopping list now has EA removed. that is for my pc/ps vita/ps4/nvidia shield tablet.

Saying that you won't buy any more game from EA won't help either since the majority of us don't work for EA, we are just trying to help other gamers like us because we like to help, and we will try our best to help you with this problem.
Getting back to the issue,
Do you have any antivirus?
If yes, disable it then while it is disabled run again the files in Battlefield 4\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist

one i am not lame with pc's two i have a degree in Cisco pc engineering and the fact that none of your repeated fix's help's me. again (NONE). of the answers you have offered help's fix my problem. so my last step will be to ask for a refund. so can you help me with that ?. and yes i will not be buying any EA game again as of.

i do not have an attitude. i have a problem that you cannot help me with. simple and straight....did you ask me to lookin my main drive folder and then look in system32 folder. or even systemWOW64 folder ? no you did not and if you would have i would have told you yes i have.
in both folders 32bit and 64bit. so your none helpfull help is not helping at all. and with both folders haveing the dll. i still get this error.
