AGAIN AS SEEN IN ALL IMAGES. BATTLEFIELD 4 WILL NOT WORK ON WINDOWS 10
EVEN WITH MISSING DLL FILES AVAILABLE IN ALL KNOWN LOCATIONS. THAT IS SYSTEM32/SYSTEMWOW64/ORIGIN BATTLEFIELD 4.
There are LOTS of players playing BF4 on WIN10 so it must be a problem on your end.
Of course I didn't ask if you had the file, OF COURSE YOU HAVE, files don't disappear magically, so it must a be a configuration problem or something else, but whatever, you don't want to get help, you want to rant and this isn't the place to rant.
Bye.

Please behave and talk nicely to each other in here. If you can't do that then rather say nothing at all.
As for your problem, are you running Origin as administrator?
And have you tried a clean boot?
http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Also, did you upgrade Windows or did you did you do a clean install of Windows 10? If you upgraded with Origin etc. already installed that can sometimes mess things up.

you need to read all the previous post's on all the fix's i have tried. people just coming and saying the same stuff over and over again is not helping at all. and i have given up with it. there is nothing posted that can or has helped. bf4 and windows 10 do not go together. any one else ho has or even get's this issue. good luck.

My two suggestions have not been suggested before so I suggest you read them again, perhaps read everything and try doing the things suggested and telling the results. You also didn't answer my questions.
People have had issues with MSCVP110.dll since release and all I know who has switched to Windows 10 and play Battlefield 4 has not had this error, so saying that BF4 and Win10 do not go together is just silly.

I am having the exact same issue here (missing dll msvcp110.dll error 0x7e on windows 10), as we speak i'm re-installing battlefield after re-installing origin. The only other game I own on origin is Sim City that works fine as does all the games currently in my steam library.
I tried the vdist fix, re-booted and still nothing (On a side note, my programs list in control panel is showing 19 versions of Visual C++ from 2005 to 2013).
So in short, yes I have the .dll that is apparently missing and must be a bug in origin or BF4
Sure I would rollback to windows 8 or start doing clean boots however I feel this won't solve the problem.
I'll edit with what happens after the re-install.
Edit: I upgraded to windows 10 and have not done a fresh install, other games function as normal
Edit 19:19 - Checked windows updates, installed and restarted. Download resumes at 64%
Edit 19:39 - Found battlelog web plugin in the downloads folder (opened and installed) <-- Don't know why it hasn't auto installed

FIXED!
Literally just changed it from 32 to 64bit in the game settings in origin.....

facing same issue on friends pc
can you tell me step by step how to do that ?
I went to game properties of Battlefield 4 Game in Origin and changed it from x64 to x86(64 to 32 bit). Now the game works.

The Windows file is now donloadable:

I think this solve the problem for everybody. The file wasnt donwloadable at the Windows hp before 1 or 2 days because of a Bug or something

Tried all of the redists from the installer folders. Had quite a few origin games that would not run with the same error, but finally after installing update 4 in your link ( that seems to be working again) that did the trick.
Full list of things -
Upgraded win8.1 to 10 kept my files
all origin games are located in default installation directory (had problems with some games in the past not in default)
made sure I ran all of the redist installers as Administrator
ran a full redist installer mentioned in a similar thread located here: http://mcripblog.cesidian.info/2013/11/vc-redist-installer-160.html
Still had issues, so set the properties of origin launcher to run as administrator
installed the link referred frequently in the thread : http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/confirmation.aspx?id=30679
rebooted, and launched. Wham all of my games that were having the issue since the upgrade are working now.
Thanks for the team effort

That link solved it for me; the microsoft page automatically downloaded the program. I ran the program, asked it to "repair", and afterwards BF4 worked again.

Thank you, this worked for me.
