"WAIT FOR THE GAME TO EXIT" Problem BF3

I just bought the game through Steam and I played it for a couple of days
One day when launching it appears the "WAIT FOR THE GAME TO EXIT" message the worst part is that the game does not launch not even on the task manager so I can not shut down the process. I've tried to launch the Campaign but not even that works. I also have BF Hardeline bought through Steam when it same problem appears but if I uninstall BF3 I'm able to play BF Hardline.
I've repaired the game I have tried 4 different browsers (Chrome, Opera GX, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox), I already reinstalled the game 3 times and the same thing keeps on happening.
Does anybody else as this problem ?? Can somebody help me ??
