"Waiting for game to exit"

I'm living in Korea.

I recently tried to start bf3, but every time  a blue message "Waiting for game to exit" and then a red message "Could not communicate with BF3. Run taskmanager to shut it down" pops up.

At first, I thought it was my problem, so I tried to run bf3 a few more time. (I tried this for 3 weeks!)

I think the server is not good. Why the server status always "RED"?

Is the reason I can't start bf3 I'm living in Korea?

Anyone who still suffer from this problem???

I couldn't play bf3 at all. I really want to play with bf3.. please help me!

    Same problem here  and somehow the browser was changed from Explorer to Chrome for BF3. It;s still Explorer for BF4.  I tried flushing the cache as per EA tech support but it didn't solve the problem.
