"Waiting for game to exit"
I'm living in Korea. I recently tried to start bf3, but every time a blue message "Waiting for game to exit" and then a red message "Could not communicate with BF3. Run taskmanager to shut it down"...

Have you tried to use different browsers? Try Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Same problem here and somehow the browser was changed from Explorer to Chrome for BF3. It;s still Explorer for BF4. I tried flushing the cache as per EA tech support but it didn't solve the problem.
