You PC seems fine, except your Power supply which is on the border with this configuration.
Download and run CCleaner (clean your PC and registry) http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
Download the Newest GPU driver for your card, then
Perform a Driversweaper. (sweep only the Nvidia related options in Driversweaper)
http://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html
http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4266-driver-sweeper.html
And then update to your newest GPU driver, do not install 3D only Display device settings.
Try performing a clean boot:
-Type in search system configuration or msconfig
-Select the Start-up Tab!
-Press Disable all and press Apply.
-Then select the Services Tab!
-Mark on the lower left the box, Hide all windows services.
-Then press disable all!!
!!!!!!! If you using a USB wireless receiver or a third party connection program for internet connection, please look carefully if you see this between services or at the start-up..Don't disable it.. because you wont be able to connect to internet again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-Then press Apply and OK.
-A window will come up to ask you to restart. Hit the box "Don't show this message again"
-Then press restart!!

If there is any problem on your start up or something is not working like it suppose to, you can always go back and enable what you need!! (like Nvidia Tray)
Also guys try running the game on Lower settings and disable your Cloud Storage in Origin.

I have been struggling for hours now. Removing everything that had anything to do with my graphics drivers and Battlefield 3. Cleaned the harddrive, repaired the registry, updated what could be updated. Re-installed Origin and Battlefield 3 with all the expansions, and now I can't even get in the game. "Your game data is corrupt, repair your game", I have done that, three times already.
My patience is running low. This game has given me nothing but problems since I bought it, and now it's completely unplayable.

Uninstall and install the game again, notify me if your glitch has been fixed.

Well finally got my game working. So far my gun haven't disappeared anymore. All I had to do was uninstall and install the game twice....that's right twice! Everything seems to be working now. Don't see why I had to do that since before I installed Premium everything was working just fine. So uninstall and install again and if that doesn 't work do it again........hopefully when I play in a moment everything is still running smoothly or I'm seriously going to be pissed and will be contacting EA about a refund.
