When can I apply to be a BF4 Server host

Hey, 

  I own a fairly large hosting company with enough infrastructure to support BF3/4 Hosting, and I know I am late to join the BF3 party, I was wondering when EA would allow hosts to apply to host for BF4?

    EA have **bleep** on all the small hosts so you stand no chance as they have signed all contracts now.
