I've been looking for a downloadable version of this forever, but that doesn't seem like it exists anymore. While I disagree with the decision to remove it since the game can be played in singleplayer, I still want to find a version I can buy and download without having to buy a physical copy and pay for shipping. Is it available anywhere, or should I just shell out the extra money for a physical copy?

also win 10 no longer got SafeDisc so that means all copy protection is gone you need a new exe to get bf1942 to work anyway

but good news the bf1942 community made a fix that give you servers to play online and make bf1942 work on win 10
