Which Battlefield games have a single player campaigns?

I just started the Battlefield series 2 days ago. I downloaded Battlefield 1942 and it had a WW2 single player campain. So after I completed1942, I downloaded the 2nd installment of the series which is Battlefied Vietnam and to my disappointment, the game had all the single player maps/missions unlocked right from the start. There wasn't a campaign in this game like 1942 where you had to win a mission first before you could unlock the next. Then I uninstalled Vietnam and downloaded Battlefield 2 and to my disappointment again, this game did not have a single player campaign like 1942(just like Vietnam).All the missions were unlocked right from the start All the missions in Battlefield 2 and VIetnam were unlocked right from the start while in Battlefield 1942, you had to complete a mission before you could progress to the next.
