What's wrong with this situation, FairFight: Banned code #RSuhf1, I checked the code. They said it might be I cheated on the game, but I never hack the game once

Hello EA

I'm getting banned from BF1 server For No reason at all by doing nothing.
All i did was joining an empty server just to check my Graphic settings, gameplay setting and my mouse sensitivity because it was reset from changing a new GPU. And then i got ban. Please help the problem or the issue Thank you...

I bought this game a long time ago. But playing multiplayer mode very little, only level 2 because I normally only play story mode But today I tried to enter multiplayer mode but got banned by Fairfight. But how did I get banned?

I suddenly started to get kicked from all bf1 servers for Ban, code RSuhf1. I was shocked, it is absurd, I don't cheat.
So I went to look for what is going on and maybe a way to appeal or something.
I found this page https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/ and when I check there I am not banned.
So I am guessing its some bug then.
I tried simply restating BF, then restarting the whole PC, then trying the Repair BF function and lastly reinstalling it. All to no avail.

Playing on PC via EA, sometimes launched via connected XBOX (PC) profile.

Wow, that's a lot of replies with the same issue, in just a few hours, let's kick this ticket up, maybe ea will react.

sorry to remind you but FAIRFIGHT isn't on.
EA got rid of it, for the sake of saving money.
It is not called fight fair, it's called FAIRFIGHT ANTI CHEAT.
which isn't on. If it was, we wouldn't have to jump hoops,
adding friends, waiting for the cheaters to add you to friends,
why would they do that, when they know that's,how they get caught???

Hello EA, Fairfight has not been turned on for the past few years.
In the past few days, hackers exploit the EA BF1 servers by hacking & "banning" players under the name of Fairfight. Many players, especially those from Asia have been affected by the ban & thus cannot play multiplayers. Please check immediately. This is very urgent. Thank you!
p.s. I have held back my purchases of EA games until this is resolved. It does not give us gamers confidence that EA servers can be so easily hacked.
