Why can't I sign into Battlefield 4?

I type in my EA info and press next but it says "Unable to login.We cannot complete this action at this time."Then it gives me the help websites.I do have an EA account.

Hey @DaRealChaos05,

if you didn't play any EA game online yet on your console, your Gamertag is probably not linked to an EA account yet. If that's not working through Battlefield 4 for some reason, could you check if you can download a free demo of another EA game (such as FIFA or Madden) and try to connect your account this way?

You only have to connect them once, every time after the first you'll be connected automatically.
