wrongfully banned

I know this isn't the right place for this, but I tried to send you a private message and it kept getting stuck. I'm really desperate for help.
I was wrongfully banned on Battlefield 1 on July 16, 2026. I have never used any cheats or third-party programs. I believe it is a false positive from the anti-cheat system.
I already submitted an appeal through the official channel but only got automated replies saying the decision is "final." I am simply asking for a real human manual review of my case.

All appeals are reviewed independently. If you’ve already submitted an appeal but disagree with the decision, you can submit another one. Be sure to clearly explain what happened and include any relevant details so the case can be reviewed again.
