Xbox 360 Battlefield 4 Rental Server Issues

Rented a 7 day server this evening.

Customised with unique name, map rotation, game type etc.

Saved server settings.

Tried to join but got an error sayinng "Error Lost connection to session.". 

I went back in and changed from Private to Public and removed the password.

Saved settings.

Tried to join. Same error.

At this point, I could change and save settings.

I could go out and back in to verify the settings saved.

But cannot join.

Scoured the internet looking for information but couldn't find anything for the 360. 

Broke down and submitted a ticket to support.

The first tech who called me back (almost instantly I may add) tried resetting the server.

It never rebooted but would allow me to set it up from scratch again.

Tried that. No go.

He expired the server and had me set up a new one.

I went in and made a couple of simple changes as I was on hold.

Saved and tried to join. No go.

We cleared my cache as well as deleted all but the newest update file.

He expired that one and replaced it.

This time I didn't change anything just accepted the defaults.

I could log in!

I logged out and back in once more for good measure.

Customised the settings and I was back to square 1.

I re-open my previous ticket and the second support tech calls (quick response as well).

Tried to reboot the server from his end.

Same thing. It shows in my list but wants me to set it up and doesn't give me the option to join.

He expired that server and gave me the option to rent a server with stock settings or give me another server once the issue is resolved.

Thought I'd post this for others who may have the same issues since I couldn't find anything on it.
