XBOX 360 Campaign Deleted

I played through the first five or six missions of campaign maxing each one out to get gold and unlock the weapons. I went to play the campaign again today and all I have now is Baku.  All of my awards are gone for completing the campaigns.  Multiplayer shows that the revolver you get after Baku is already unlocked and available to equip, but the awards section says I need to complete Baku, 0/1 to unlock it.   I am using the same profile and same xbox.  I did see another complaint about this same bug on another site.  Is this a known issue with a fix?  Thanks.

    I just had the same thing happen. So pissed I am about to trade in this buggy crap.

    I've had the same problem. Finished the 6th mission last night, got tired, Came off. Decided to go on the multilayer this morning, come off that now back on to the campaign only to find all my campaign progress has been deleted and now have to start again -____-

    If your console froze then the game might of corrupted the HD when you forced a shut down. Xbox support went through this with me for an hour yesterday and it still froze, so today I took the game back to the shop and they refunded me in full. I'm in the uk and trading standards is pretty good here, the product isn't fit for its purpose and this is why they gave my money back.

    Don't trade it, take it back to the store and get a refund, I got one and no hassles.

    when will ea gonna solve this problem out man its so anoyin its happening to ps3 as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I play PS3 and this happened to me this morning 11-3-13 It's ridiculous I was at the sixth mission as well. I believe now it's not a problem with the way we turned it off or how we saved but it's an overall bug upon reaching the 6th mission. DICE has to get this together because not everyone has good trade in deals. Like the idiot I am I didn't buy my game from Best Buy, instead I preordered it from Gamestop, now I want to shoot myself because Gamestop is super strict on how you can return openned new games. Your best chance is to sell it back to them for a fraction of the price I'll be lucky if I get 10 dollars. So I have to really trust DICE will fix this, please please for the love of God. Gamestop rarely refunds 100% and I doubt, "This game is bugged." will be a proper excuse they'll just tell me to wait for an update or sell it to them so they can sell it preowned for 55 dollars instead of 60.

    Same thing happened to me.  I made it to the mission in Singapore, and logged off to take a brake.  When I came back my progress I got an error message saying that my game file was corrupted and had to be deleted.

    I'm about to flip balls. Got to Singapore, got off for a few hours, got back on. I thought it was fishy that the game asked me what difficulty I wanted to play on and all I hear is "turn around, every now and then I get a little bit lonelier". Bullsh*t DICE, bullshi*t.
