Xbox 360 to Xbox one question
When I put in Battlefield 4 into my Xbox one not all of my player data from Xbox 360 transferred. By that I mean I was a rank 26 and now on Xbox One my rank is 19.

Unfortunately, the only option you have is to contact the EA help at http://help.ea.com/en/battlefield/battlefield-4/. You can speak with them via chat or have them call you back at a number you provide. We are all users and don't work for EA. We are just trying to help you or direct you to the right direction.
