[Xbox] Battlefield Limited Edition owner not getting premium

I was a limited edition game owner and always got the free DLC. My Xbox then Red Ring of Death'd on me and i bought a new xbox and redownloaded everything from my download history on my gamer tag but now it is asking me to purchase premium edition for 4k micro points. All my buddies online are saying i shouldn't have to pay as they haven't paid for premium as they were limited edition also

please help

Since you didn't even buy the Premium pack, or buy any of the DLCs yourself and got them all for free this is something you'd need to contact EA Support about, I don't think anybody here will be able to help you.

The limited edition didn't give you free access to premium content. Did you buy the premium edition, and just mistyped?

I got the limited edition when it was released. This included the expansion packs and extra guns.

It says on the front cover Limited Edition Physical Warfare Pack -- same as my buddies

The 'Physical Warfare' pack only gives access to the Type-88 LMG, early access to the Dao 12 shotgun and a couple of extra attachments for a couple of weapons.

I have the exact same edition, and I had to buy Premium with my own money, same as every other person I knew.

Before all this happened, were to able to have *FREE* access to the expansion DLCs: Back to Karkand, Close Quarters, Aftermath and Armoured Kill?

Cheese is correct.  The Limited Edition only gave LE owners free access to Back to Kharkand.  The Physical Warfare pack was a pre-order exclusive from GameStop and a few other vendors which is now free to every BF3 owner.  In order to get access to the Close Quarters, Armored Kill, Aftermath, and the yet to be released End Game expansion you will either have to purchase BF3 Premium which is in essence a season pass or purchase all of the expansion piecemeal - but the bottom line is that LE editions only gave you access to the first expansion and not all of the expansions.
