I have a brand new xbox one and brand new copy of bf4. While playing the game, it crashes to the xbox dashboard and I have to restart the game. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 hours of gameplay. Very frustrating.
Any tips or solutions?
am having the same exact issue. It was actually not really happening until the patch hit. Then I started getting kicked out of the xbox 360 version. I was crossing my finger that it wouldn't happen on the xbox one annnnnnnd sure enough I get kicked tothe dashboard every other game and I am kicked out of almost every game I do complete post match (when the rewards screen comes up). I havent even checked to see if the game saved my progressb ecause it probably isnt and that would send me into a hulk frenzy where I destroy my man cave.
Please stop putting out code that is boning us DICE/EA.

I uninstalled it and the update amd reinstalled both and it started to work fine.
When I try to join a conquer or team deathmatch game, sometimes it shows a loading "looking for games to join" and it just goes away without joining the game, other times it actually joins a game but when loading the map I get kick to the xbox one dashboard and I have to start all over agan. In the single player mode I lost my saved game 2 times... the game is not playable hope you fix this really quick I payed 69€ for I game that I can't play ☹️
Many people claim that doing a complete reset of teh xbox will clear the memory and stop the crashing, but I just had the game crash when loading a new game after resetting the system, so that is not a good solution. I am going to try reinstalling the game and updates and see if that helps.
does anyone know how to access the hard drive of the xbox one to delete files? I would like to start fresh but I don't know how to delete anything on xbox one.
