Xbox One stuck when loading campaign at black screen with blinking cursor at top right
Dear EA,
After some initial teething problems to start out with, I managed to complete the Campaign aspect of the game a month or so ago.
I've just returned to the game to finish off a few acheivements but every time I try to load up a mission in campaign the game hangs at a black screen with a flashing white cursor at the top right.
Could you kindly advise what is causing this problem, and what the fix is?

Have you already tried to delete your game application on your dashboard and to reset your console? To clear your cache via a console reset, please hold your finger on the Xbox icon on your console for at least 15 seconds. It might worth a try to delete your game from your console in order to re-install and update it.
