k, i've tried everything there that is relevent.
Just tried reinstalling Origin and still the same.
I start connecting to a game through Battlelog, it starts loading the level then I get the error. Does the same in Campaign.
This is on PC.
It was working fine on sunday. Nothing else on my PC has changed.
You might try to scan your harddrive using the built in tool. That could solve the repair not working if you have a bad sector on your harddrive.
Hi, cheers but still nothing. I've done a sfc /scannow to no avail.
It's really puzzling me.
The only thing left to do is download the whole lot again which I don't want to do as I only have a 2.5Mb connection so it will take days.
Any other Ideas anybody?
"sfc /scannow" only scans protected Windows files and thus it wont scan the Battlefield 3 directory.
You need to right click the harddrive which BF3 is on, then click properties and look for tools and click the error checking tool 🙂
Done that, SSD's and HDD's are fine. ☹️
