Here you can read everything about BFV's anti-cheat system and find some more useful links:
https://www.ea.com/en-gb/games/battlefield/battlefield-5/news/anti-cheat-in-battlefield-5
But if you been banned for some reason already, i guess nobody can help you in this forum.
As i'm aware the only ones who might be able to help are the EA support if you contact an Advisor.

- 4 years ago@Its_Travis_199 They can't help either, I can't find the program on the machine because my brother doesn't tell me, he just laughs at it ... I was wondering if anyone knew an executable anti-cheat program.

I don't know.
What you mean like a anti-cheat program.
There is a anti-cheat program running by EA controlling the game, isn't it.

Okay, so they see the program, but why don't they tell me? I want to delete it from my computer. Another game recognized the asus factory program as a cheat program: lightingservice.exe ... I think the problem here is something similar
- ElliotLH4 years agoHero+Hi @PE4KY_BLINDERS @Its_Travis_199 is correct here, nobody on these forums are able to help with bans as that's something handled by the ToS team.
While I can't guarantee that they'll overturn the ban, since there was something installed that shouldn't be there, you can appeal still. This guide will show you how to make an appeal: https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-General-Questions/EA-Bans-and-Suspensions-How-they-work-and-how-to-get-in-contact/m-p/9754200#M355907
