How to run anti cheat program?

But if you been banned for some reason already, i guess nobody can help you in this forum.
As i'm aware the only ones who might be able to help are the EA support if you contact an Advisor.

Okay, so they see the program, but why don't they tell me? I want to delete it from my computer. Another game recognized the asus factory program as a cheat program: lightingservice.exe ... I think the problem here is something similar
- Hi @PE4KY_BLINDERS @Its_Travis_199 is correct here, nobody on these forums are able to help with bans as that's something handled by the ToS team.
While I can't guarantee that they'll overturn the ban, since there was something installed that shouldn't be there, you can appeal still.
