I not sure about BFV (didn't start the game), but BF-games are normally capped at 200FPS.
You need to create a user.cfg file with the correct settings.
The file is a text-file and must be placed in the game directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield V)
Just put the following line in the file:
GameTime.MaxVariableFps XXX
XXX is your desired max FPS. You could set this to 240 or higher if desired.

Try to set the resolution scale to 200%.

I get what you are saying, but the target is high fps not push the visuals to make the card work harder. all this will do is make my card work harder but not achieve higher fps.
