Hi Bohdandy, have you watched the CPU GPU what are the temperatures? If not, check it out in Bios. Or I can download the hw monitor on cpu and Gpu

Thanks for the response, temps are sub 70 on both. It almost feels the gpu is just like nah I can’t be arsed to run at full speed. At this point I feel like it’s an engine limitation. But I have seen people with a similar set up to me getting well over 200fps even 300fps

(: Or right after turning on battlefield V give ctrl alt delete and task manager .. and see what the processor and frames take from you like that .. But it may also be due to temperatures .. Now it's hard to say.

@Bohdandyi'll try my best to explain this, also what is your resolution of 240hz monitor?
Are you possibly getting confused with vram usage and gpu usage? as 65% can be running at 100%(and 70-100% is a normal range for cpu/gpu)
a breakdown for avg fps is (benchmarks from 3080 and i9-9900k,32gb ram)
1080p-ultra 155 fps avg
1080p ultra with dx12 ray trace 120 fps avg
1080p low with dx11 no ray trace 220 fps avg
If you are running ultra and ray tracing, you will only EVER avg 120-150 fps
if you want to break up to 200 fps, you must turn everything down, run dx11 and you should avg 220 fpsEnsure you are running in fullscreen, make sure your mouse polling rate is not over 1000(or suffer less fps)
if you are 1440p or higher, you will get an avg of 170 give or take
Also having the limit of 180 fps would be better than 200(you dont get overscanned frames, server is 60hz, so generally,60,120,180,240 for smoothest play)
May I ask what fps(AVG) you are actually getting? and do you run more than one monitor?
It could also be that just a few cpu cores are getting bogged down, and yes the engine is the limitation, the game only will ever use what it requires
Lastly which may or may not help you, ensure that your pcie express is running at the correct version(gen) for the gpu, if it is on auto, do it manually and test your fps( auto gen 2 to manual gen 3 for example) use something like gpu-z to see quickly,it should be 16 x 3.0 if correct, if not than the above
(p.s 200 fps is the HARD cap for the game)
