On August 4th, my account suddenly became inaccessible and I received a ban notification. There was no explanation, no details, just a blank ban message. Over the next month, I contacted customer service, sent emails, and created incidents, but each time, the response was that my appeal was rejected, even with the same email responses.
I need to clarify one thing again. I've been playing Battlefield V at an internet cafe. Recently, the internet cafe I'm visiting has had issues. I've tried to log in to other accounts, but they've all been blocked. I've already had three accounts blocked there, so I'm certain it's the internet cafe's fault. Also, playing Battlefield V in an internet cafe carries the risk of account theft. The public IP address of this internet cafe is: 112.13.218.202.

Furthermore, after recovering my account, SS-Shotstriker00, I'm already planning to purchase Battlefield 6. I've always been a loyal EA player, and I'm confident that EA won't let down a longtime player.
