Account rollback

 I have sought the help of two consultants, but they have not helped me solve the problem.My  rank levels had gone down from level120+ to 74,I also had all my class levels maxed，but their levels had gone down as well, I still have all the weapons and Vehicle that were locked by class levels as well as the progression made on each one. But the levels are all out of wack. I tried restarting the game, didn't change anything. This has caused my game progress to regress by several hundred hours, and I am very angry about it, so I urgently seek your help.This problem has been going on for almost a week and still hasn't been solved. I'm very disappointed about this and I won't have any illusions about you. Now I just want to make a  roast.
