Account suspension for an inappropriate avatar, can no longer play bf5 after ban

my account was suspension for an inappropriate avatar, can no longer play bf5 after ban has been lifted.

    I already have an open case that nobody has reviewed, i cant play the game at all.

    @780_APM I'm sorry, but here on the forums no one can help you with this, especially if the problem is related to your recent account suspension.

    EA Support is the only who can help you.
