Always after spawn "You've Been Spotted" message bug

Summarize your bug spawning into game after death, your mini-map says that you are spotted, this doesn't go away even if you remove yourself all the way back to base spawn point out of the battle and sight of any enemy soldiers, it will not go away.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play the game normally as any of us would play it, die some times, try spawning in close to the battle then move far away out of sight.
What happens when the bug occurs? not sure that the enemy spot is visible to actual enemies, but your mini-map is constantly saying "you've been spotted" and doesn't go away. this makes it extremely distracting because you think your spotted and try to correct situation in game, but can't.
What should be happening instead? you shouldn't be spotted if an enemy hasn't spotted you!
spawning into game after death, your mini-map says that you are spotted, this doesn't go away even if you remove yourself from battle (running all the way back to base spawn point out of the battle and sight of any enemy soldiers. the mini-map message will not go away. not sure that the enemy spot is visible to actual enemies on other team, but there were several times I was getting instantly killed or shot at after spawning on a squad mate that was really frustrating. your mini-map is constantly saying "you've been spotted" and doesn't go away. this makes it extremely distracting because you think your spotted while playing and try to correct situation in game. by shooting down flares or covering yourself with smoke grenades only to find out that there are no flares in the sky and the smoke only last temporarily. if this bug actually spots you to other enemies than you are playing at a major disadvantage to the rest of players and this needs to be corrected asap. all this has happened post 6.0 patch for the new chapter 6 update, never noticed before then.
