Rests maps looks good i think,
DX12 when ON -around 40fps ... too little
DX12 when OFF - 75fps is allright
Maybe problem is on DX12 on- off mode?or system Win10 - fresh system solve problem?
How look this map ARRAS on yellow fields at yours?
Do you have RTX enabled?
Problem is solved - in game DX12 must be in ON mode.
