Assignments for level 20 troops
I have a problem... when I got to level 20 on medic and support it didn’t give me the special camo. (For the record it gave me the camo for assault and sniper) but before I got medic and support level 20 I bought definitive edition and that’s when the problem arrived. I think that it glitched out my game. I have indeed tried to delete and reinstall the game but it still hasn’t worked. I was hoping that when I got the digital version (which is free on ps4) that it would fix my problem. (I was using disk before but now I’m using digital version) I was wondering if I could get some help with it? I have already tried to contact the help desk on Twitter.
Hey @usesrnaiyme, if playing another full match and/or reaching another rank doesn't correct the issue, you'll need to contact support. I see you tried Twitter but perhaps chatting via Facebook or EA Help might prove more fruitful
