Im having this issue too ive played BFV since BETA and yesterday my audio just disappeared. Not during a game mind you but when i launched the game to run Firestorm and i suddenly realised there was no noise at all. I tested other games e.g Apex as it is another Origin game and BF1 and others out of Origin too and those all worked. No idea what caused it and have tried a number of things to get it working again. Have validated game files, reset the audio settings and useed both headset and speakers (physically and game inputs) and have re-installed the game fully and the Audio is just .... gone!

It looks like you could upgrade to Windows 10 build 1809. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates. It's possible that "could" fix that, but do you run any mixers or other overlays in the background while you're playing BFV? They could work for other games but for some reason not be compatible with the latest version of BFV.
Have you:- Right-clicked on the game in Origin and selected "Repair" before launching?
- Unplugged your devices and reinserted them back into the PC?
- Right-clicked on the sound icon in your taskbar and selected "Troubleshoot Sound Problems."
- Reinstalled Origin.
- Performed a clean boot and then immediately launched BFV. (This is how we can figure out if it's a third party program conflicting with the game)
Sadly, this is a bug we can't fix. I tried all of the suggestions in this thread (and multiple others from Reddit, forums etc)

MY PC Specifications:
- Intel 2500K at 4Ghz
- Radeon Vega 56
- Asus P8 Z68 Pro
- 16GB RAM
- BFV installed on 500GB Crucial SSD Windows 10 installed on 64GB/1TB SSD/HDD using SSD as cache (Intel RST)
- 1050w PSU
- Display - BenQ XL2730Z Freesync 144Hz 1440p (Resolution game is at)
- Direct-X 11 selected in BFV options
- Sound - Onboard Realtek HD Audio + HyperX Cloud II 7.1 Headphones
DxDiag also attached 😉
