Has anyone's account been banned. Lift the ban through appeal.

The service terms team will never be able to see the appeal emails I send because the emails I appeal to are all from game consultants who contact me online and indicate that they do not have any operational permissions. The online game consultant is unable to send the email content to the service terms team for review. They can only comfort my emotions. Apologies.
I would recommend filling out the form in the link I shared earlier. That will go directly to the ToS team.
EA Help can initiate appeals on your behalf, but they do not handle bans directly.
I need to contact the game consultant again online to confirm. He can help me submit to the terms of service team.
