Banned by FairFight

After 1.5 years of playing this well maintained, well written work of art of a game, constantly reporting cheaters doing 100/2 and harassers, learning the mechanics and whatnot, I've been banned by FairFight, apparently because the medic is stupidly OP with a Type 2A.

After appealing the ban I received the attached email, which shows how good the "dedicated team"(bots) are at their job. I've never even played FIFA.

I've been outright banned while paying, no suspension, no warning, and the ban doesn't show up on my Infraction History(which is clean btw).

  • You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @jraumke.

    There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    Hi @jraumke

    We can't look into this for you from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a bans been added by mistake.
