Banned for no reason

I have been trying to solve this problem for a long time but you are not helping me where is the old EA they used to help every problem in 1 or 2 days and solve everything why is it not like this now this is my 3nd case file in the last 1 month you are telling me to contact us but there is not even that option on your website what kind of situation is this. The reason I chose you was your good attitude towards everything and your nice technical team but my ideas have changed significantly what is this my friend.

  • I created a case but haven't received any response. The bottom of the case says chat with us but I don't have that option.
